This 7-day Morocco tour from Casablanca takes you on a beautiful journey through Morocco’s most iconic cities and landscapes. Starting in Casablanca, you travel to the capital Rabat, then continue north to the blue city of Chefchaouen. From there, the road leads to the ancient Roman ruins of Volubilis before arriving in the historic city of Fes, home to one of the world’s oldest medinas.

The adventure continues south to the Sahara Desert in Merzouga, where you’ll enjoy camel trekking across golden dunes and spend a magical night in a desert camp under the stars. After the desert, you travel through the scenic Dades Valley and Ouarzazate, surrounded by kasbahs and dramatic landscapes, before finishing in the vibrant city of Marrakech.

We will pick you up from the airport in Casablanca and start your Moroccan adventure. Your first stop is the Hassan II Mosque, one of the largest mosques in the world. Built by King Hassan II, it is famous for its beautiful architecture, tall minaret, and location right by the Atlantic Ocean. ➤ After visiting the mosque, we will drive to Rabat, the capital of Morocco. In Rabat, you will visit the Hassan Tower, an unfinished minaret with a rich history, and the Oudayas Kasbah, a charming fortress with narrow streets and a beautiful view of the river and ocean. ➤Finally, we will take you to your accommodation in Rabat to relax after your journey. Note: If you arrive at night, we will take you straight to your accommodation in Casablanca, and the tour will start fresh the next morning. Driving distance and Driving time (approx. 2 hours 20 minutes, 130 km).

➤ After breakfast, we drive to Chefchaouen (approx. 4 hours). On the way, enjoy the green hills and beautiful landscapes of northern Morocco. ➤ Upon arrival, check in at your hotel or riad and take some time to relax. ➤ Spend the rest of the day exploring the famous blue city, wandering its charming streets, colorful alleys, and local shops. Don’t forget to take plenty of photos!

After breakfast, check out from your hotel or riad in Chefchaouen. ➤ Drive through the scenic Rif villages, enjoying the landscapes and small towns along the way. The journey takes approximately 4 hours (260 km) to reach Volubilis. ➤ Explore Volubilis, the ancient Roman ruins and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Walk among the well-preserved mosaics, temples, and arches, and imagine what life was like here over 2,000 years ago. ➤ Next, we head to Meknes, one of Morocco’s imperial cities. Stop for lunch, then visit Bab El Mansour, a stunning gate known for its impressive architecture and historical significance. ➤ After exploring Meknes, continue to Fes and check in at a beautiful riad to relax and enjoy the evening in one of Morocco’s most historic cities.

After breakfast, start a full day of exploring Fes, one of Morocco’s most historic cities. Begin with a visit to the Royal Palace, a stunning example of Moroccan architecture and grandeur. ➤ Then, walk through the narrow alleyways of the medieval Fes Medina (UNESCO World Heritage Site). Here you’ll visit: ➤Al-Qarawiyyin University, the world’s oldest continuously operating university, where learning has thrived for over a thousand years. ➤ Al-Attarine Madrasa, a beautiful school known for its intricate mosaics and peaceful courtyard. ➤ Nejjarine Fountain, a charming spot in the heart of the medina, perfect for photos. ➤ Chouara Tanneries, famous for its colorful dyeing vats and traditional leather-making techniques, a truly unforgettable experience ➤ Next, explore the Jewish quarter, known as the Mellah, with its history and dive into Fes’s diverse past. ➤ Finally, head to the ancient fortress surrounding the city for panoramic views, before returning to your riad to rest and enjoy the evening.

After breakfast at your riad in Fes, start the journey to the Sahara Desert in Merzouga. The drive is approximately 7 hours (500 km), but we’ll make stops along the way to enjoy the scenery. ➤ First, stop in Ifrane, a charming town often called “Little Switzerland” for its clean streets and alpine feel. ➤ Next, visit the Cedar Forest in the Middle Atlas Mountains, where you can see the famous Barbary apes in their natural habitat. ➤ Stop for lunch along the way before continuing to the Ziz Valley, known for its stunning palm tree oasis and picturesque views. ➤ In the afternoon, arrive in Merzouga. Enjoy a camel trek across the golden sand dunes and stop to watch the sunset over the Sahara, a truly magical moment. ➤ After the trek, reach your luxury desert camp, where you can settle in, relax, and enjoy dinner. In the evening, gather around the campfire for traditional music

Wake up early to enjoy a beautiful sunrise over the Sahara dunes. ➤ After breakfast, you can choose to return to Merzouga town by camel or by 4x4 vehicle, where your driver will be waiting to continue the journey. ➤ Travel to Rissani, a historic desert town and once an important trading center. Visit its traditional market, where locals still buy dates, spices, and everyday goods — a real look at local life. ➤ Continue to the Todgha Gorge, with its tall rock walls and flowing river. Take time to walk along the canyon and enjoy the fresh air and amazing views. ➤ Then head toward the Dades Valley, passing along the Dades River and beautiful landscapes. Before reaching your hotel, stop to see the famous “Monkey Fingers” rock formations and enjoy a panoramic view of the gorges. ➤ In the evening, arrive at your beautiful riad or hotel in the Dades Valley to relax and enjoy the night.

➤ After breakfast, we leave the Dades Gorge and travel toward Ouarzazate, often called the “Hollywood of Africa” because many famous movies and TV shows were filmed here. ➤ In Ouarzazate, you can visit the Atlas Film Studios, where big films like Gladiator, The Mummy, and Game of Thrones were made. You will see movie sets and learn how films are created in the desert. ➤ Next, we continue to Ait Ben Haddou, a beautiful UNESCO World Heritage Site. This old clay village is one of the most famous in Morocco and was used in movies such as Gladiator and Game of Thrones. You will have time to walk through it and enjoy the views. ➤ After lunch at a beautiful local restaurant, we drive through the High Atlas Mountains, enjoying the fresh air and mountain scenery. ➤ In the afternoon, we arrive in Marrakech, where your 7-day Morocco journey comes to an end. ➤Driving time: approx. 7 hours ➤Distance: approx. 357 km
